PRO feature, off by default. Enable it under Split Pay settings → Vendor Onboarding → Vendor Automation → Customize the order-received message for split payments.

By default, WooCommerce's order-received page says "Thank you. Your order has been received." — fine for a shop, but odd when the "order" is really a payment to a person. This feature replaces that text with your own message whenever the order contains a product assigned to a connected account.

Configuring the message

Enter your text in the Order-received message field. The placeholder {vendor_name} is replaced with the vendor's name. The default wording is:

Your money was sent to {vendor_name} successfully. Thank you!

Leave the field blank to use that default wording.

How {vendor_name} is resolved — Split Pay uses the first split-pay product in the order and looks up, in order: the vendor's WordPress display name → the business name Stripe has for the connected account → the account id.

Scope and behavior

  • Only the message text on the order-received page changes. The order summary, totals, and the rest of the page are untouched.
  • Orders without any split-pay product keep the standard WooCommerce text, so a mixed store (regular products + vendor payments) behaves correctly.
  • Basic HTML is allowed in the message (links, bold, etc. — anything wp_kses_post permits).

Developers can adjust the final message programmatically with the spp_success_page_message filter.
